How this program works
Train for 2 weeks on each level. Level 1 do for 2 weeks and Level 2 do for 2 weeks. This should be followed for Intermediate and Advanced Athletes. Beginners athlete you stretch it out for the month until you build up your endurance and strength. This multi level Online Training Program includes a Fitness Library and Full Circuits for every level of the program. Each individual exercise video demonstration for each Fitness Level is included as well as specific instruction of how many Reps and Sets to do per day. Let’s go!
